David is interested in researching in developing students’ digital literacy in the English class. James’ thoughts are the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First, David’s research will be beneficial to Iwate if he can find a technological innovation that<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Is compatible with the goals of Foreign language education and meets a need. (compatibility)<\/li>
  2. Is not too difficult to use (complexity)<\/li>
  3. Is accessible and people can easily try it out (trialability)<\/li>
  4. People can understand its advantage of use. <\/li>
  5. The effectvieness of the innovation is observable. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Therefore, I believe successful research by David will do the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Identify an issue in English education in Iwate<\/li>
    2. Introduce an innovation to address this issue.<\/li>
    3. Show the effectiveness of the innovation<\/li>
