Aochan’s concept of International understanding

  1.  to build a peaceful world society-UNESCO we should corporate with all around the world
  2. to feel different culture-she had  new experience in Thailand. For example, school life religion. She founds lots of new customs. Accept and open mind to new things.
  3. to identify our original culture- we understand new culture based on our own culture. It’s not one side understanding and mutual understanding.

Effects of picture books.

  • picture books could be  social ,cultural , historical documents.
  • picture books could be  experience for the child.

Why picture books are effective

  1. deepen understanding of languages and cultures
  2.  encourage efforts toward communication
  3. familiarize children with foreign language sounds and fundamental expressions
  4. a foundation of communicative ability

Next, make a lesson plan and check rest of books.

Teacher’s advice

  • compare with your lesson plan and other lesson plan.
  • Have a focus group: elementary school 4 teachers together. they have your lesson plans and typical lesson plans. Decide the best plan for your students.
  • design the unit that can be use in 5 and 6 nensei using language  that they know. (Last one is best)
