How to conduct a mixed level class
- How to make children effective learners:
- Set goals + pupils check if they have achieved them
 - have students think for themselves
 - Children are taught how to learn vocabulary, teach them how to learn
 - Teach children to be resourceful; teach them what resources are available while they are studying. How to find the meaning of a word when they are stuck. How to use the grammar in the sentence.
 - Teach learning strategies; how to read the text effectively, what to do if they hear unknown words in the CD
 - Teach children about pacing; indicate how much time should be taken to complete the task
 - Meet the individual needs of children using a variety of activities to cover different learning styles.
 - Cooperative group work; it allows children to work in their preferred learning style while developing their social skills.
 - Children should understand that each one plays a role in the group to help them complete the task on time.
 - Make a good relationship with students, make a good classroom climate for learning.

How to use this for the paper:
Make a checklist and observe JHS teacher’s class.
or
Design a questionnaire
For next time,
- Present your research questions.
 - Determine if you will do a questionnaire or interview and make a rough draft of questionnaire or interview checklist.
