Your mid-term presentations are an important chance to get useful feedback. Your presentation should include the following:
Introduction: What is the topic/issue and why are you interested in it?
Previous research: What kind of research has been done about the topic/issue? What is known about it?
Research Question & Method: What is your research question and what method have you used to answer it?
Results: What are your results so far?
Future work: What work do you have remaining?
